What are credits?
Credits pay for the heavier conversions that run on our servers (like Word or Excel to PDF). You buy a small bundle and spend a few credits per file. No subscription required.
Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes. Top-ups and Pro both support mobile money and cards, through Paystack.
What does Pro include?
Unlimited use of every tool with no per-file charges. It renews automatically and you can cancel anytime, keeping access until the end of your paid period.
Can I cancel Pro?
Anytime, from your account page. You keep Pro until the current period ends, then it simply stops renewing.
